Damita
Atlantic Records

"Only God's love is the real deal."

This is a wonderful CD. Damita tears it up. She has a voice that will revile many well established female singers.
She delivers several important messages in her songs. In "Why", she asks if what you are doing is really worth what you are getting at the moment. "Won't Be Afraid" is an anthem to anyone who has been in an abusive relationship where they were afraid. The rock infused "Truth" will have your head banging for awhile. "The Wedding Song" is sure to become a favorite at weddings.
This is one CD that is worth having.

Colorblind
Verity

"You thought you were all alone, but the Lord has his camcorder on."

Colorblind is a wonderful CD. It was released in 1994. It is a solo project by John P. Kee. He has special guests such as Rev. Rance Allen, Members of Take Six, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, and members of the New Life Fellowship Choir.
This CD truly ministers to me. It has songs that make you think such as the title cut, "Colorblind". It has songs that will make you dance such as, "Transformed". The songs on this CD are true to the form of John P. Kee. He does a remake of Stevie Wonders' "Love's In Need". This is a Christian pin on an old song.
Every one and then, I have to pull out this CD and listen to it.
